We are proud to share that one of our team members, Kyle Reed, has been awarded his Incorporated Engineering status by the Engineering Council UK. This recognition is granted to professionals who satisfy rigorous competency criteria set by the Council.
As outlined by the Engineering Council, Incorporated Engineers must demonstrate strong theoretical knowledge to solve problems using proven techniques. Kyle has applied his expertise to deliver engineering services, financial and project planning. He has also led initiatives to train and mentor other staff. His interpersonal skills have also proven to be invaluable for communicating technical matters with stakeholders.
In Kyle's words: “It has been a great journey so far in my Engineering career, working across multiple disciplines and undertaking a wide variety of Engineering activities in my consultancy role. The steepest learning curve, yet the most rewarding, has been the management skills learnt when managing teams and projects in an Engineering environment. Peregrine has supported me throughout and also with my application for the Incorporated Engineering accreditation. Peregrine have always promoted the development of their employees and supported them through that”.
